Finding out one’s Ikigai (A reason for being)

प्रारभ्यते न खलु विघ्नभयेन नीचैः प्रारभ्य विघ्नविहिताः विरमन्ति मध्याः । विघ्नैःपुनः पुनरपि प्रतिहन्यमानाः प्रारब्धमुत्तमजनाः न परित्यजन्ति।।

The lower class of people never start a venture for fear of facing obstacles. The middle-class fellows, having started, on being encountered by impediments/obstacles withdraw from the project. The best class of people, despite being repeatedly discouraged by obstacles never abandon the job till they achieve success — Bhartruhari

This is valid for most of us. As they say, consistency is key to success.
